Accuracy and status of workspace information
We aim to keep information about our workspaces helpful and up to date, but descriptions, features, images and capacities are general information only. Some images are illustrations or representative examples. Features marked “to confirm” depend on your arrangement. Please confirm anything important to you with our team.
Indicative prices
Prices shown on this website are illustrative only. They aren't an offer, quote or guarantee, and don't indicate whether GST is included, what usage allowances apply, or what access hours apply. Actual pricing, inclusions and terms are confirmed by our team in a tailored quote.
Inquiries versus confirmed reservations
Submitting an enquiry or tour request through this website doesn't create a booking, reservation or contract, and doesn't hold a space for you. A workspace arrangement exists only once it has been confirmed with you directly and any required agreement has been entered into.
Reservations are not access
A reservation is a scheduling record made by our team. It doesn't, by itself, authorise you to enter or use a workspace. You may only use a workspace under an access grant: an explicit authorisation from our team for a specific workspace and period, shown in your account as “Workspace access”. Access ends at the end of its period, or earlier if we revoke it, and is subject to the terms of your arrangement.
Customer accounts
Your account lets you view your profile, enquiries, reservations and access. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. Customers can't create, change or approve reservations or access in the portal; please contact us instead. This account service is a prototype and may change.
Availability and final commercial terms
All workspaces are subject to availability. Final commercial terms, including price, duration, inclusions, notice periods and access arrangements, are set out in the agreement we confirm with you.
Intellectual property
The content, design, text and graphics on this website are owned by or licensed to Cowork Canberra. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce or republish content without our permission.
Acceptable website use
- Don't submit false, misleading or offensive information, or information about another person without their permission.
- Don't attempt to interfere with, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its data.
- Don't use automated tools to submit forms or collect content from the website.
Liability and disclaimers
